When will I receive my order?

The average delivery time is 7 to 15 businesss days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Thanks to this unique business model, we save significantly on storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer our products at more competitive prices than the competition. In addition, we cover the shipping costs ourselves.

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, an order may occasionally experience a delay during the shipping process.

I'm missing some products from my order. How is that possible?

We work with multiple suppliers, which means products may be shipped separately. If you are missing items, they can usually still be delivered within 2 to 3 days. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged and unused. You do not need to provide a reason.
