Returns

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to the supplier is at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the supplier together with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@zuthara.com. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Exceptions to returns

Products that meet one or more of the following criteria cannot be returned:

• Sealed products. Once the seal has been broken, these products cannot be returned.

• products that have been produced by the trader in accordance with the consumer's specifications;

• products that are clearly of a personal nature;

• products that by their nature cannot be returned;

• products that can spoil or become outdated quickly;

• products the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control;

• individual newspapers and magazines;

• audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
